Most of these goods were evidently for the use of the personnel of the Railway. No yarns or cotton goods came by this route from Europe direct.
B. Kwangsi.
The Kwangsi Trade is entirely insignificant. The only items worth noting in it are Benares Opium (to the value of £520) and cotton yarn (£444), both imported from Hongkong to Kwangsi.
